I personally handmade this pen. Made using a colorful Veteran theme logo emblem print, it is cast in resin. I then it to shape on a lathe, sand and polish the resin. The resin requires no maintenance.
The writing on the pen states "U.S. VETERAN", "I WILL SALUTE MY FLAG", and "I AM A PROUD AMERICAN". The center features an Eagle and American flags.
The gun metal plated metal components are designed to look like a 30 caliber rifle bullet. The writing tip is shaped like a 30 cal bullet, the top is shaped like a primer and the pocket clip is shaped like a scope rifle. To operate, slide the bolt forward and lock in place. The pen uses a standard Parker compatible ballpoint refill available at office supply stores or through this Mission City Pens website.
No real gun or bullet parts were used to make this pen. It is NOT capable of operation other than as a pen.
