Returns, Damaged Goods and Refund Policy

Mission City Pens has a 30-day exchange/return policy.  You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return.  We want to make it right and we do our best to ensure you are happy with your new Mission City Pens item.  

To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  All returns or exchanges MUST be returned to Mission City Pens prior to any exchange or refund.  

To start an exchange/return, you must first contact us at missioncity@sbcglobal.net.  Items returned without prior contact and authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
