Personally handmade in my shop, I used a resin stabilized Box Elder Burl wood section for the main body that was double dyed a pink and a blue as it was stabilized. The wood body is stunning with the color and burl contrasts. I finished it with the longest lasting material for protecting and preserving a wood pen and polished it to a fine finish.
The custom handcrafted pen coloring and appearance are one-of-a-kind and not duplicatable. This is the pen you will receive.
This is a rollerball pen. It uses a standard German Schmidt cartridge, or other brand rollerball cartridges made to the same standard. Cartridges are available at your local office supply stores or here at Mission City Pens. I can also change the nib assembly to fountain at no extra charge. The fountain uses standard International size cartridge refills, or you can use a converter (not included) to use the bottled ink of your color and characteristics choice. It uses a medium #6 German made iridium tip nib. I include 5 cartridges and a gift box. Please let me know if you want fountain, other wise it will be sent as a rollerball pen.
The metal components are finished in antique pewter plating for durability. The cap is postable on the other end if you like the added weight and length while using the pen.
