This is not a printed image or photo of a fish - I handmake this pen with inlaid wood.
I made this Cutthroat Trout fish pen using natural and colored stabilized wood. The wood pieces are precision cut with a lazer. I then inlay the small pieces into the pen body to form the design. I turn it on a lathe, sand and use superglue as the finish to preserve and protect the wood.
The metal components are gun metal and chrome - not the cheaper painted enamel other pen makers use.
This pen design used a simple 1/2 twist to extend and retract the easy to replace Parker compatible ink refill. Parker refills are readily available at office supply stores, on line, or through this Mission City Pens website.
